All our meats are slow smoked and cooked to perfection on our custom BBQ rig on location at your event. We offer personal chef services for smaller parties. We send in a chef with the ingredients to fix your desired meal in your kitchen using only your stove, oven and maybe some refrigerator space. The chef will plate, serve and clear plates for you and your guests or we can offer family-style plating as well. Have a party with 13 - 20? We can also bring in an additional person and serve buffet style so that your larger group function runs smoothly. We leave your kitchen as spotless as when we came... You'll never know that we used your kitchen by looking at it!
Cooking Classes!
We offer private and group lessons and cooking demonstrations. Do you want the chef to teach you a specific menu or may be want to learn the basics of cooking techniques that you can apply to any menu or cuisine? We come to you and can do multiple lessons or one time cooking demonstrations for 1 - 10 or more people.
