I have 24 years experience in all aspects of the commercial food industry, as well as a Degree in Food Science's from UH, and my Food Handlers Safety and Sanitation Certification from The State of Hawaii Department of Health. Included in my 24 years in trained food production is almost 20 years Baking experience, including the fine art of Pastries, Breads, and specialty Custom Cakes! I have worked in many different environments and with many different cuisine's and I have been a vegetarian my entire life and am very familiar with and have worked in the Natural Food field as well as the not so natural food world.
