The store provides a mix between a retail and social experience that is geared toward tween girls. The Friendship Factory carries an array of crafting kits featuring the award-winning, Michigan-invented Choose Friendship craft kits. Both stores offer private parties including birthdays, learn to paint/sew/knit, Girl Scout events and dance or sports team building in the craft studio and VIP Lounge.
