Stephen has been playing guitar for over thirty years. He has worked professionally as a classical solo guitarist, lead guitarist, a teacher, and transcriber. He is available to perform at restaurants, clubs, parties, weddings, and festivals. His latest project Misionera (a mix of solos from various genres in Spanish New Age tradition) is available on iTunes and he can be found online at www.facebook.com/SoloAcousticGuitarist. He plays lightly amplified, classical guitar by himself without the aid of any backing tracks or beat machines. His sound is perfect for small clubs and intimate settings. You can expect lots of Latin and South American guitar work in the tradition of Jorge Morel; time honored favorites such as Requerdos de la Alahambre and Cavatina; classic rock arranged for classical guitar covering Hendrix, the Beatles, Aerosmith, Stone Temple Pilots, Red Hot Chili Peppers and more; Mexican traditional as well as some Jazz and Blues and some New Age.
