Pros of Chair Massage -Does not need a lot of space for set up (an area large enough for a person to sit in a chair & reach out in all directions without obstruction). -Public way to perform massage without the participants needing to disrobe. -Effective, quality, upper-body massage with short, manageable session lengths.
Cons of Chair Massage -Massaging area is limited to upper torso and on top of clothes. -Although relaxation & tension release can be achieved in a 10-20min session, additional massage time for deeper relaxation tends to be coveted.
