Birthday Parties at Home
This at home party package is the perfect way to have the ultimate Sweet Beads Party in the comfort of your own home for children ages 6 and up.
Our Super Sweet Birthday Package includes trained an instructor to facilitate beading activity in your home for 1-1.5 hours, all beads and materials to create 1-2 projects (depending on number of guests)and organza jewelry pouches and candy necklaces for each guest. Our party brochure contains all the details and services that are available.
Private Events
A Sweet Beads Beading Soiree is perfect for any occasion. We have planned Sweet Sixteen, Baby Shower, Mom's Night Out, 30th, 40th and 50th Birthdays, Bachelorette Parties and More!

We embrace many fait...Read moreAll Souls Church welcomes you to hold your wedding ceremony in our Sanctuary. With its cathedral ceiling and stone exterior, our church provides a dramatic yet peaceful setting. We embrace many faiths and lifestyle choices; we support the marriage of couples of different religions. You do not have to be a member of our congregation to use our Sanctuary. You may use your own officiant or arrange for the services of our minister, Reverend Steve Wilson. (His services are arranged separately from the sanctuary rental)
The fee for use of our sanctuary for Weddings is $400. This includes a $100 fee payable to our Sexton who will arrange to have the building open and ready for use at the appointed time and will secure it after the ceremony. It also includes one rehearsal prior to the ceremony if needed. A deposit is required and payment in full must be made no later than one week before the event.

The building has a handicap accessible entrance with ramp on the right hand side of the building. We have two restrooms, one of which is gender-neutral and ADA compliant with a baby changing station. There is a small parking lot behind the church on Charles Street. We have a meeting room that can be used for 'getting ready'.
Our parish hall (pictured below) is available for receptions, private parties and events. We also host concerts and coffee hours.
We have a licensed commercial kitchen on site. Outside caterers must be licensed with the town of Braintree by town law. Serving Liquor requires the use of a licensed bartender and prior approval from All Souls Church must be obtained.
Fees for wedding reception require the rental of the hall and kitchen at $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum.

Our private deck is a perfect place for a cocktail and appetizer, while overlooking the woodlands of Sudbury. In the same area of the second floor private dining space, is our boardroom. This room is absolutely perfect to have a dinner meeting, or small group get together with 100% privacy. We also have AV equipment available if needed for your meeting or event. Our private deck is another option for a private party. While best utilized for a stand up cocktail party, you can also host a sit down dinner for a select amount of guests.
